• The first 10 listings may be free; additional listings may require payment

• You are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and lawful

3. User Responsibility

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Use the platform for scams or illegal activities

4. Payments

• Paid listings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

• Pricing may change at any time

5. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• Sale or rental of any property

• Number of inquiries or buyer responses

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

FreeListingsPH.com is not liable for:

• Transactions between buyers and sellers

• Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from listings

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time.
